(a) to advance education amongst parents and single parents particularly those resident in the hollingbury area of brighton. (b) to relieve poverty amongst the said parents and single parents. (c) to provide and assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupations or in the interests of social welfare for persons who have need of such facilities as aforesaid by reason of their youth age infirmity or disablement poverty or social and economic circumstances with the object of improving the conditions of life for such persons. (d) to promote the provision of facilities for the daily care recreation and education of the children of such parents and single parents.
