the trustees shall hold the trust fund to apply the income thereof for the promotion of public worship at the church of st helen wheathampstead in particular by. (a) the restoration repair and upkeep of the fabric and fixtures of the church including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) the re-cladding and repair of the spire and the provision of heating and electrical apparatus and drainage water supply and sewerage equipment; (b) the building and fitting out of additional buildings within the churchyard to provide accommodation for activities associated with the mission of the church and related structures; (c) the provision restoration and repair of monuments ornaments furnishings organ windows and other fittings and equipment of the church; and (d) subject to (a) (b) and (c) of this clause such other charitable purposes connected with the church as the trustees with the approval of the council shall determine. note 'council' is defined in the trust deed as the parochial church council for the ecclesiastical parish of wheathampstead in the county of hertford.
