the aims of the playgroup are to advance the education of children primarily under statutory school age by:a. providing a safe and stimulating environment in which children can feel happy and secure.b. encouraging the emotional, social, physical, creative and intellectual development of the children.c. enabling parents to have a greater awareness of playgroup by helping in group sessions, joining the committee, assisting with fund raising and becoming fully involved in playgroup activities.d. ensuring equal opportunities for all children whatever their race, culture, religion, means or ability.e. evaluating the quality of what we do and plan and provide for improvement.f. encouraging other charitable activities through which parents may help the children.
