Objects:
(a) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of plymouth and neighbourhood without distinction of sex or politicale religious or other opinions by associationg the local authorities, voluntary organisation and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the area of benefit. (b) to establish or secure the establishment of a community centre and to maintaine and manage or to co-operate with any local statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a centre for activities in furtherance of the advancement of education and provision of facilities as described in paragraph (a) above.
