(2) the prevention or relief of poverty in the london boroughs of camden and westminster and surrounding areas by (a) providing affordable accommodation to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty(b) working in partnership with charities or other organisations in the provision of services or facilities in fitzrovia
