to advance public education in the history and development of road vehicles and aircraft and objects of whatsoever nature relating to road transport and flying and in particular any of the foregoing which are associated in any way with brooklands at weybridge in the county of surrey,brooklands automobile racing club and brooklands aero club. the trustee shall hold the trust exhibits in trust in accordance with the terms and conditions of this trust deed to make them available to the museum company on loan for the purposes of the display provided that, following the termination date, the trustee, in its capacity as such, will take possession of the trust exhibits with power, in the discretion of the trustee, to make them available to any alternative body fulfilling the same or similar charitable purposes as the museum company, or otherwise to ensure that the trust exhibits are safely housed and looked after by a charity or non-profit making organisation for charitable purposes and available for public display.
