to promote, initiate and support projects advancin the education and culture of young people of caribbean or african origin or ancestry within the greater london area, and to similarly promote, initiate and support charitable projects providing accommodation for the said people in the interests of their social welfare and to advance such other charitable purposes as may be beneficial to the said young black people.(further to section 34 part (v) of the race relations act 1976 the reference to colour in the above objects should be disregarded.)
