Objects:
"the company's objects are: (a) to educate. train and rehabilitate persons in particular those aged between 18 and 24 who through their social or economic circumstances are in need and unable to gain employment or who wish to further their education (all of which persons are hereinafter referred to as ""the beneficiaries"") by providing them with worthwhile and realistic training and education and work experience in temporary of full time employment (whether by way of remunerative employment, training allowance or other means) such employment not to endure at any one place of employment at any one time for a period in excess of two years, with a view to preparing and qualifying the beneficiaries for regular employment and advancing them in life. (b) to promote the physical and mental development of the beneficiaries so asto enable them to grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and so that their conditions of life may be improved. (c) to establish training centres and to engage people in those centres with a view to developing and improving their ability to work and to earn a living in modern society and to devlop their life and social skills and aptitudes with a view to becoming responsible citizens."
