Objects:
3.1 the provision of social housing, other housing, accommodation, and assistance to helphouse people, and associated facilities, amenities and services, for people who are poor,aged, disabled (whether physically, mentally or learning disabled) or mentally ill ofchronically sick; and3,2 the provision of care, welfare, nursing and other services for people who are poor, aged,disabled (whether physically, mentally or learning disabled) or mentally ill or chronicallysick; and3.3 the relief of persons who are homeless or otherwise in necessitous circumstances, aridwithout prejudice to the generality of the foregoing by encouraging and assisting in theprovision of an integrated system of short-term accommodation and training (includingvocational training) coupled with advice and counselling and the provision of recreationalfacilities designed to improve their conditions of life; and3.4 the promotion for the public benefit of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social andeconomic deprivation by all or any of the following means:3.4.1 the provision or improvement of social or recreational facilities for the public atlarge and/or those who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth,age, infirmity or disability (whether physical, mental or learning disability),poverty or social and economic circumstances;3.4 1 the advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly amongunemployed people, and providing unemployed people with work experience,3 4.2 the relief of unemployment in areas of social and economic deprivation in suchways as may be thought fit, including (without limitation) the provision offinancial assistance, technical assistance, or business advice or consultancy inorder to provide training and employment opportunities for unemployed peoplein cases of financial or other charitable need through help:in setting up their own business; orii to existing businesses.34.3 the relief of poverty in such ways as may be thought fit;3.4.4 the creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision ofworkspace, buildings and/or land for use on favourable terms;3.4 5 the protection or conservation of the environment;3.4.6 the provision of public health facilities and childcare;3.4 7 the promotion of public safety and prevention and reduction of crime and thefear of crime;3.4.8 benefiting people who live or work in the area and who have special needsbecause of disability; and3 4.9 such other means as may from time to time be determined by the board subjectto the prior consent of the charity commission for england and wales; and3.5 any ,other charitable object not prohibited for a company registered with the regulator as anon-profit private registered provider
