(2) subject thereto to use the land and buildings or permit the same to be used in furtherance of the educational and other charitable work of the church of england in the parish of witley including the provision under license of living quarters for a clerk in holy orders licensed to serve the said parish or having permissional to officiate therein and of a church room,kitchen and cloakrooms for parochial and community activities.
