Objects:
a) to relieve and preserve and protect health by promoting the efficient use of energy (including energy for heating purposes) among persons who are in necessitous circumstances including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) those in such circumstanes who are elderly, or whose housing conditions are unsatisfactory; b) to advance public education about all aspects of energy conservation and the efficient use of energy. c) to promote or assist in promoting, vocational training for the benefit of persons seeking to assist the class of persons described in sub-clause (a) above through employment in the field of energy conservation. d) to advance education and relieve need among unemployed persons in essex through the provision of gainful employment and of such training facilities as will enable such persons as aforesaid to acquire and develop vocational skills.
