(1) the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation of children resident in the parish of crediton and surrounding areas being facilities (a) of which such children have need by reason of their disabilities, or social and economic circumstances, and (b) which will improve the conditions of life of such children by promoting their physical, mental and spirityal well being.(ii) to advance the education and training of persons providong such recreational facilities.(iii) to assist and further such other charitable institutions or purposes within the parish of crediton and the surrounding area as the association shall from timi to time determine.
