to foster and develop for the public benefit the sea cadet corps and the girls nautical training corps, provide sea training and promote education in the history spirit and traditions of marketing service. a) to promote the teaching of the history, spirit and traditions of the sea service (royal navy and merchant navy) in schools and elsewhere by such means as may be deemed most expedient. b) to maintain and develop the sea cadet corps., c) to administer the navy league overseas relief educational fund or any similar fund.
