(1) the trustees shall apply the clear yearly income of the charity in or towards defraying the cost of apprenticing to some useful trade or occupation persons who have not attained the age of 25 years and are either resident, employed or have received any education in the benefice of the lytchetts and upton and who in the opinion of the trustees are in need of financial assistance. (2) to award a grant a student at lytchett minster school who, in the opinion and with the informed direction of the academic staff, has attained and demonstrated significant achievement and personal development within an educational course. this award to be in vouchers up to the value of ·50. for further details see governing instrument.
