to improve buildings or amenities at the school a prize to be awarded to the pupil at the school who obtains the best results in english a scholarship to be awarded to the pupil who obtains the best results at the general certificate of education ordinary level examination endowment fund the provision of a sixth form scholarship for pupils attending the school to further education at the west buckland school by the award of grants and scholarships in single or periodic payments for or towards the cost of the maintenance and education at the school of any pupils or prospective pupils during the whole or any part of the periods of their pupilage for the improvement and maintenance of the shool buildings. (1) the object of the charity is to advance the education of boys and girls by the provision of a school in or near west buckland at which religious instruction shall be given in accordance with clause 4.(2) to further the education of pupils attending the school by the award of prizes (or other suitable reward).(3) the prizes must be awarded on the recommendation of the head teacher.
