to provide a yearly income which culd be used in various ways to encourage cricket by sending promising boys on courses and assisting the 1st xi with touring expenses. the advancement of education and training by the provision and conduct, in or near exeter, of a co-educational day school and, if the governors think fit, a boarding school for pupils of all ages.
