Objects:

to assist the governors of woodbury salterton church of england school to discharge their obligations under the education acts 1944 to 1988 with respect to the maintenance of the school in promoting in such ways for which provision is not provided for out of public funds in promoting the education of persons under 25 years of age who need financial help and are attending or have atteded the school the education of children of the labouring, manufacturing and other poorer classes in the beneficial area by means of a school, and an ednowment for the support of such.
