Objects:
(a) making payments to the governors for the time being of the school to be applied by them in discharging their obligations under the education acts 1944 and 1980, with respect to the maintenance of that school. (b) in or towards providing such special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority for the school as may from time to time be agreed between the trustees and the governors, (c) in furthering the education (including social and physical training) of persons under the age of 25 years resident in the area of benefit who are in need of financial assistance. (for further details see clause 3 of scheme.)
