the charity's objects (‘objects') are specifically restricted to the following; a. to advance education through the management and operation of the school and nursery in dry hill park road, tonbridge, known as hilden oaks preparatory school and nursery. b. to establish or acquire, as a going concern, any other school or nursery for the education of children either in connection with hilden oaks preparatory school and nursery or as an independent school or nursery. c. to carry on any schools as educational charities and to use and apply for that purpose all funds available to the charity. d. to award bursaries and scholarships to pupils and intending pupils e. to equip, furnish and maintain any school, rooms and other buildings for the purposes of the charity.
