Objects:

the benefit of children or young persons resident in the parish of atworth who have for not less than two years at any time attended a public elementary school, by means of: (a) payments to encourage their continuance of attendance at school. (b) the award of maintenance allownaces to benificiaries who appear to need such assistance for purposes of education higher than elementary. (c) financial assistance to enable beneficiaries to attend evening schools, kay or evening classes or courses of instruction.
