(for further details see the scheme). area of benefit shall mean the area of the following parishes comprising the stroud rural district that is to say, bisley-with-lypiatt, chalford, cranham, horsley, king's stanley, leonard stanley, minchinhampton, miserden, painswick, pitchcombe, randwick, rodborough, stonehouse, thrupp, whiteshill and woodchester and the areas of the stroud and nailsworth urban districts.
