Objects:

residue of income, after applying $2 for deserving and necessitous persons, shall be applied in apprenticing poor boys and girls to some useful trade or occupation or the assistance of poor persons under the age of 21 years entering a trade, occupation or service, for their advancement in life, or to enable them to earn their own living.
