(1) in making payments to the managers for the time being of the said school to be applied by them in discharging their obligation under the education acts 1944 and 1979 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force with respect to the maintenance of that school. (2) in or towards providing for the said school such special benefits not normally provided for that school by the local education authority as may from time to time be agreed between the trustee and the school manager.
