Objects:
(1) promoting the education of boys and young men under the age of 25 years who or whose parents are resident in the parish walsingham and who are in need of financial assistance with a preference for such boys and young men who or whose parents are resident in the ward of little walsingham and in particular in awarding to such boys or young men scholarships, exhibitions, bursaries, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any school, university, college of education or other institution of further education or in providing financial assistance, outfits, clothing, tools, instruments or books to assist such boys or young men to pursue their education, to undertake travel in furtherance thereof, or to prepare for or enter a profession, trade, occupation or service. (2) if and in so far as income is not required in any year for application in manner aforesaid the trustees may apply the same in like manner in promoting the education of girls and young women under the age of 25 years who are otherwise qualified as aforesaid.
