(a) to provide pensions for registered medical practitioners of the uk or individuals who have been such practitioners and their widows or widowers in reduced circumstances,(b) to provide annuities or occasional financial assistance to registered medical practitioners of the uk or individuals who have been such practitioners and their widows, widowers, children and any persons treated as children of such a practitioner's family in reduced circumstances as the council shall determine but only where such annuities or financial assistance may be granted without detriment to clause 3(a) which is to be regarded as the primary object of the charity. (a) to provide generally for the advancement of education and (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) to do so by the provision of a school with a preference for the children of registered medical practitioners of the uk or individuals who have been such practitioners,(b) to provide annuities or occasional financial assistance to registered medical practitioners of the uk or individuals who have been such practitioners and their widows, widowers, children and any such persons treated as children of such a practitioner's family in reduced circumstances as the council shall determine but only where such annuities or financial assistance may be granted without detriment to clause 3(a) which is to be regarded as the primary object of the charity. for the purposes of paying pensions to duly qualified medical men and their widows and duly qualified medical women in reduced circumstances and paying annuities to duly qualified medical men or their widows or families and duly qualified medical women in distressed or reduced circumstances (see scheme for details of the qualifications beneficiaries' require). to further such exclusively charitable purposes of or in connection with the educational facilities and activities of epsom college and any subsidiary undertaking established for those educational purposes as the trustees may from time to time determine. relief of financial hardship, sickness and disability of registered members of medical profession as defined, with preference to those under 60; relief of financial hardship of widows and children under 20 of registered members of medical profession as defined; promote education of daughters of deceased male members of medical profession as defined up to age of 20 in need."
