to procure and maintain the public exhibition of the general gordon collection in a museum at the gordon boys' school. promoting education including maintenance and social and physical training of boys at the gordon boy's school for the deserving and necessitous orphan boys resident in the borough of dover to admit them to free places to the gordon boy's school to provide a prize annually to be awarded at the discretion of the trustees for the benefit and purposes of the gordon boy's home for the benefit of the gordon boy's school the clear income of the charity shall be applicable for purposes of the said body corporate to educate or contribute to the education of boys and girls having particular regard to those with a specific boarding or educational need, with a view to fitting them for further education or for earning their livelihood, such object being in continuation of the work of the unincorporated institution known as the gordon boys' home, established in july 1885 as a national memorial to general gordon.
