the benefit of students who have not attained the age of 25 years who are attending or have for not less then 2 years attended the school and who in the opinion of the governors are in need of financial assistance in various ways. (see clause 3 of scheme). scholarships or grants to deserving boys proceeding from the school to a university or other advanced educational course. the provision of financial assistance for boys while at the school or after leaving the school who in the opinion of the committee would without such assistance be unable to complete their education at the school. (for further details see clause 3 of deed). for promoting the education and training (including social and physical training) of children and young persons under the age of 25 years who are resident inthe london boroughs of wandsworth and lambeth, with a peference for such persons who are residentin the area of the former metropolitan borough of battersea, and who are in need of financial assistance (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries) and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing:
