promoting the education (including social and physical training) of persons under the age of 25 years who were born or are resident, or whose perents were ordinarily resident at the time of their birth in the area of the ancient parish of hornsey or that part of the former parish of clerkenwell which is now in the london borough of haringey and who are in need of financial assistance with a preference for such persons who are former pupils of the stationers company school - for further details see clause 4 of scheme of 21st july 1988. for the benefit of boys and girls who were born or resident, or whose parents were ordinarily resident at the time of their birth in the area of benefit, who in the opinion of the trustees are in need of financial assistance.
