Objects:

to provide for and assist disabled officers and men of our navy and army by; 1] equipping and endowing a home, or homes, for disabled officers. 2] establishing a permanent fund for purposes of reliving disable officers and men in their own homes. 3] funding scholarships for the purposes of promoting the higher industrial and commercial education of a) officers and men of our forces of suitable age, b) sons of officers and men of our forces.
