Objects:
(a) to promote, further and assist directly or indirectly the education (including humane and technical education) in the state of israel and countries outside the state of israel and in particular those between the ages of 12 and 20 who (in the absolute and uncontrolled discretion of the council of management for the time being of the trust) shall belong to or be identified with any jewish community or congregation in the state of israel or in countries outside the state of israel, (all of which young persons are hereinafter collectively referred to as 'jewish youth') with a view to imbuing the jewish young with a spirit of goodwill, mutual understanding, collaboration and unity and raising the level of education and culture and ameliorating conditions of life in the state of israel.
