"the objects of the company (the ""objects"") are: 3.1. to relieve older people who are in need by the establishment, provision and management of residential accommodation and by the provision of medical, nursing and other assistance necessary for their care and comfort;3.2. to provide or to arrange for the provision of assistance, care or comfort of any kind required by an occupant or occupants of accommodation established, provided or managed by the company pursuant to clause 3.1 above; 3.3. to provide financial assistance to older people in need in order to enable such persons to enter into or remain in occupation of such accommodation; 3.4. to provide or arrange for the provision of medical, nursing and other assistance necessary for the care and comfort of older people;3.5. to promote the well being of older people by providing financial assistance, items, services or facilities calculated to improve their quality of life and to enable or assist them to maintain their independence.in this article 3 ""older people"" shall mean individuals aged 60 and over and individuals aged below 60 who are suffering from conditions or diseases commonly associated with or similar to those of old age."
