the objects for which the trust is established are: (a) to relieve sickness by the promotion, by all means of the study of disease and particularly (but without any limitation to th generality of this clause) diseases and disorders of the throat, nose and ear and allied subjects, and generally to improve the standard of knowledge of the means of prevention, diagnosis and methods of treatment and cure of such diseases (b) to initiate, encourage support and carry out research and investigation into the causes of such diseases and disorders and the possibilities of preservation and alleviation or cure. (a) to provide relief support and counselling for the suffers of the medical condition of tinnitus and any associated conditions;(b) to promote and provide knowledge and a greater understanding to suffers and the public of the medical condition of tinnitus and any associated conditions;(c) to promote and provide research into the medical condition known as tinnitus and any associated conditions, it effects upon suffers and the potential for treatment and to dissseminate the useful knowledge gained for the benefit of the public; and(d) to promote and provide education into the medical condition known as tinnitus and any associated conditions
