the objects of the foundation will be:- (a) to promote the advancement of education in any or all of the following ways (i) to provide advice and or support in the training of overseas students teachers and educationalists; (ii) to provide and disseminate information on available resources for such training in the united kingdom and oversea; (iii) to assist in the transfer of educational skills and technology from developed to developing countries. (b) to carry out such other legally charitable purposes for the advancement of education as the trustees (being not less than five in number) shall from time to time determine.
