(i) to preserve and protect the health and relieve persons suffering from duchenne muscular dystrophy and their families. (iii) to advance the education of the medical profession and the general public in the subject of duchenne muscular dystrophy and its implications for the families of those suffering from the aforementioned condition. (iii) to promote research into the management of duchenne muscular dystrophy and to publicise the useful results thereof and to support oganisations promoting charitable research into duchenne muscular dystrophy.
