Objects:

(i) the relief of poverty, sickness and distress among young persons particularly among those young persons who are dependent upon or affected by addiction to narcotic drugs and other similar substances or compounds of potential or suspected danger to the individual and to the community. (ii) the prevention of drug addiction and the after-care of those relieved from drug addiction or dependence. (iii) the restoration of the intemperate or delinquent, and of those addicted to drugs, alcohol or gambling or otherwise in need of assistance.
