grants to or for the benefit, support or maintenance of such persons duly licensed as stipendiary curates in one or more of the said rural deaneries of south bingham, bingham and west bingham, but if the yearly income of the charity is in any one year larger than can, in the opinion of the trustees, be usefully and properly applied in manner aforesaid, the trustees may apply in any such year the unappropriated income in making grants not exceeding $20 in any one case to or for the benefit, support, or maintenance of such of the most needy of the beneficial clergy within the same rural deaneries as the trustees shall from time to time select.
