Objects:

the objects of the niel pearson bursaries are so far and so far only as the same are legally charitable:- a) to pay all or any part of the fees payable in respect of deserving boys and girls who are being educated or wish to be educated at the school. b) to carry out such other legally charitable purposes for the relief of poverty or the advancement of education as the trustees being not less than four in number shall from time to time by deed executed with their unanimous cnsent declare. (for further details of objects see clause 3 of above trust deed).
