the income and capital of the charity is to be applied as follows:£5000 to be paid to st andrew’s church, corbridge, thereafter the remaining income and capital to be divided as follows:30 percent to the church of england children’s society (registered charity 221124) for its general purposes with a preference to the funds being applied to benefit newcastle, tynemouth, whitley bay, northumberland and surrounding areas;56 percent to pearey house (registered charity 1160007); and14 percent to the church council of the christ church district of the ecclesiastical parish of north shields for furthering the religious and other charitable work of the church of england in that parish.
