(1)to promote religious instruction in accordance with doctrines of church of england of persons under 25 years of age who are resident in ward end by means of sunday school or in such ways as trustees think fit.(2)in promoting in such ways as the trustees think fit the education(including social and physical training)of persons under the age of 25 years who are in need of financial assistances provided that the trustees who are resident in ward end and shall have special regard to promoting education as aforesaid in accordance with the doctrines of the church of england.
