(1) providing such special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority for any school situated in the rural deanery of warley, and in which religious instruction in accordance with the doctrines of the church of england is given. (2) promoting the religious instruction of persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the said rural deanery. (3) in otherwise promoting the education (including social and physical training) of persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the said rural deanery and who are in need of financial assistance.
