Objects:
(a) promote the material and mental welfare of any person resident in warrington number 1 district of cheshire and the neighbourhood who is or has been suffering from any form of mental illness or disorder by the provision of a day centre for attendance thereat with a view to assisting the person so that he or she may adjust more fully to society and establish or re-establish permanent inter-personal relationships and to promote the preservattion and the safe-guarding of mental helath and the relief of persons suffering from mental disorder. (b) to provide recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare or recreation or leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said persons.
