the trustees shall apply the income in promoting in such ways as they shall think fit the higher or further education, in the subjects of mathematics and physical science or both, of persons under the age of 25 years who have attended the school and who are in need of financial assistance. the trustees shall apply the income of the charity in one or more of the following ways:- 1) in or towards providing for the schoolsuch special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the dfe/education funding agency or its successors as may from time to time be agreed between the trustees and the school governors: 2) in promoting in such other ways as the trustees shall think fit the education of children attending the school who are in need of financial assistance.
