Objects:
the object of the trust shall be to apply the income of the trust fund in herefordshire and surrounding counties for the purpose:(i) of promoting the permanent preservation for the public benefit of buildings or ancient monuments of beauty or architectural historic or artistic interest and the restoration and reclamation of gardens and parkland;(ii) the purchase repair and restoration and preservation of furniture pictures and chattels of any description suitable for and to be used for exhibition for the public benefit in those portions of historic places or houses to which the public have access; and(iii) undertaking work of educational and historical value such as research and archaeological excavation and the publishing of the result of such work.
