Objects:
1. one half of the said net income to enable managers or governors of any aided school in the diocese of worcester wherein religious instruction is given in accordance with the principles of the c of e to concur in any financial schemes operated by the diocese of worcester and may make payments out of the said net income in connection therewith. 2. the residue of the said net income shall be applied for the benefit of persons of either sex resident in the parliamentary borough of worcester who have not obtained twenty-five years of age who are in need of financial assistance. the award fo scholarships, busaries or maintenance alowances tenable at any school, university (with a perference for oxford university) theological college or other place of learning approved by the trustee to young persons in need of financial assitance who have not attained the age of twenty-five years, who are members of the church of england and who are about to attend or have attended the worcester royal free grammar school or the worcester catherdral grammar school now known as kings school, or the alice ottley school with a preference for those who express the intention to take holy orders.
