the object of the toy library shall be the relief and education of local childred with special needs, by the provision of therapeutic, educational and stimulating toys and quipment and in furtherance of such object the toy library shall aim: i to assist the development from the earliest age of all local children whatever their disability through all forms of play activity. ii to lend to them the best available toys. iii to provide an opportunity for professional involgement in a voluntary service for local children with special needs.
