1. 1/44th part of the income for the general public benefit for such charitable purposes as the trustees think fit for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the area of the parish of hook and the former borough of goole as constituted on the 31st march 1974. 2. (1) residue for providing such special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority for any school in the area of benefit. (2) advancing the education of persons under 25 years of age who are resident, or who have attended school in the area of benefit for at least two years and who, in the opinion of the trustees, are in need of financial assistance.
