to apply the capital and income in any of the following ways:- (a) to restore repair maintain preserve upkeep insure ventilate clean light (including floodlight) decorate and add to the fabric furniture monuments and ornaments of the church (and so that such generality of ways shall not be prejudiced by the particularity of any way hereinafter set out) (b) to replace defective parts of the fabric (including the foundations) of the church (c) to insulate the roof of the church (d) to pave or re-pave and landscape the precinct to the church (e) to point the outer walls of the church and to plaster any repairs or alterations to the church (f) to restore repair and improve the church's heating system (g) to restore repair and improve the church's organ (h) to repair improve and cushion the seating in the church and to carpet any part of the church (i) to erect screens and stairs where required in the church and to alter screens and stairs (j) to restore and repair the glazing of the church (k) to support and maintain the choral foundation of the church.
