1. as to one twentieth thereof for the relief of widows resident in the parish of digby who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress either in gifts in kind or grants of money. 2. i. in providing for any school in the said parish or substantially serving the same such special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority as may from time to time be agreed between the school governors and the trustees after consultation with the local education authority. ii. in promoting in such other ways as the trustees shall think fit the education of persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the said parish and who are in need of financial assistance.
