Objects:
(a) to advance the instruction of boys, girls and youths of all classes in the principles of discipline, loyalty and good citizenship (and in particular the boys and girls and youths who are members of the scouts, guides cubs and brownies group in the north leeds area). (b) to establish and secure the establishment of a scout and guide hut, (hereinafter called the hut) and to maintain and to manage or co-operate with any charitable body or local statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a hut. (c) to carry out activities promoted by the association for furtherance of its said objects.
