to provide kingsley memorial medal to provide an annual lecture to provide an annual lecture on industrial archaeology award of prizes for collections of local natural history objects by children under 16 years of age who are members of,or one or both of whose parents are members of the chester society of natural science,art and literature. the objects of the society shall be the fostering of interest in and promotion of the study of natural science, literature and art for the benefit of the public in chester and the vicinity thereof by means of the formation of sections, by lectures, field meetings, competitions and by other suitable means.
